Teriyaki Marinated Boneless Pork Chop

Ingredients
1 T vegetable oil1/4 C soy sauce1/4 cup brown sugar (unpacked)1 clove garlic minced2 T lemon juice1/4 tsp. ginger1 C water6 boneless center cut pork chop about 4 oz each
Directions
Mix together first 7 ingredients in baking dish or large freezer bag. Place pork chops in dish or bag. Allow pork chops to marinate from two to four hours. Remove from marinade, reserving marinade for later.Place cooking spray in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chops three to five minutes on each side or until 160 degrees. Remove chops and allow to rest. While chops are resting, place reserved marinade in the same skillet over medium high heat and add 1 to 2 tsp cornsatrch to thicken. When sauce is thicken remove and spoon 1/6 of sauce over each chop.

    Simple and delicious! The pork was moist and had a delicate teriyaki flavour. I chose to not serve the marinade as a sauce and it was still an outstanding dish! This was a hit with all. - 7/28/16
