1 Cup Bisquick1/2 Cup Libby's Pure Pumpkin1/4 Cup Brown SugarDash salt1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 egg1 1/2 Cup 2% MilkDash of Pumpkin Pie SpiceOptional: Top with Toasted Pecans and Pure Maple Syrup
Mix altogether with whisk. Then use about a 1/2 measuring cup to pour on griddle. Cook at 250 on griddle until the edges look done and bubbles are on top. Flip, and cook a minute or so more.
Optional: I like to top with toasted pecans and pure maple syrup.
