Banana nut bread (almond, coconut, flaxseed)

3 cups almond flour2 teaspoons baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 cup coconut oil, melted4 eggs2 very ripe bananas, mashed3 teaspoons vanilla3 teaspoons cinnamon1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Mix together the coconut oil and eggs in another bowl.
4. Stir the flour combination into the oil and eggs. Mix well until blended.
5. Add the mashed bananas, vanilla, and cinnamon to the mix. Fold in walnuts.
6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 8 big slices. Count half them. 2 protein, 1 carb
