Whole Grain Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients
2-3 cups sourdough starter1/2 cup milk (or more to get the consistency of batter you like)1 egg1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup oats1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powdervanilla, cinnamon
Directions
Mix wet ingredients and add the dry. Heat skillet to medium and cook.

    Mine did not brown very much. Is that 2 or 3 cups of sourdough starter or 2/3 cup? I used 2 cups starter. The batter was perfect consistency with the other ingredients. It needed salt in the batter that other recipes call for—tasted a bit raw. I let the oats sit in the wet ingredients 5 minutes. - 1/6/21

    These are good and a nice way to use starter. I used a 1/4 C measuring cup and ended up with 14 pancakes - no where near 24. Used 2 C of starter. So I will figure one of "my" pancakes is a serving.
    slightly gummy texture but could have been my starter content. Add cinnamon. - 4/28/20
