Ingredients
* *White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup * Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup * Lentils, .25 cup * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced * Peas, fresh, .5 cup * *Soy protein concentrate, produced by acid wash, 3 oz * Cornstarch, 50 grams * Vegetable Broth, 1 cup * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, .33 cup * Beans, pinto, .25 cup * Basil, .5 tbsp * Oregano, ground, 0.5 tbsp * Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tbsp * Pepper, black, .5 tbsp * *Pepper, white, .5 tbsp * Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
Directions
Soak beans over night
Rinse well
Combine everything in crockpot on low.
Leave for 6-8 hrs. Enjoy.
