Fast and Easy Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
16 oz package of lean ground turkey2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil1/3 C seasoned bread crumbs1 egg, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 baking dish and place in oven while heating. Mix ingredients in a medium bowl. Form mixture into 16 balls, using an ice cream or cookie scoop if possible. Place about 1 inch apart in the hot baking dish, pressing to flatten bottoms just slightly. Bake fore 15 minutes, turn them over, and continue baking for 5 more minutes or until somewhat crispy on the outside. Great will pasta or by themselves.
