Everything Egg Omelet

Ingredients
2 EggsGreen peppers choppedOnions ChoppedZuchini ChoppedCelery ChoppedCapers, DraingedAnd any other fresh vegtables
Directions
Chop all raw vegtables and capers and sautee in olive oil. Beat 2 egs with skim milk.
Stir fry all of the raw vegtables in olive oil.
Remove from pan, set aside.
Put eggs in small skillet. Cover and let the eggs cook. Using the omelet motions...cook eggs til nearly done.
Add the vegtable mixture on the top of the eggs. Fold over the remaining egg Serve.
