1 pkg imitation crab, diced1 cup pizza blend cheese, shredded8oz. light cream cheese8oz. light sour cream1 can (13.75oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Preheat oven to 375°. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Place the mixture into a casserole dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or french bread. Also good with a baked potato! Makes approximately 15 1/2-cup servings.
