Italian Pasta Bake

Ingredients
500 grams ground chicken1 clove inced garlic1/2 red pepper, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1 can spaghetti sauce1 tbs italian seasoning1 tbs olive oil1 can diced tomatoes (italian style)1 cup shredded mozzarella16 oz whole wheat penne
Directions
Cook pasta in water according to directions
Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray
Drain pasta and put in pan
Cook ground chicken, garlic, peppers, onion in 1 Tbs oil
Add spaghetti sauce and tomatoes and salt and pepper - simmer 10 minutes
Add sauce/meat to pasta and stir
Cover with shredded cheese
Bake at 180 for 10 minutes
