Ingredients
10# russett potatoe1.5 pkg cream cheese2 pkg bulk sausage1 box bell's seasoningSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and boil potatoe in chicken broth til tender. Drain leaving a little water for mashing. Add cream cheese and milk. Mash until creamy. Add spices and sausage you have added enough bell's seasoning when it almost looks gray.
