Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef1 Onion1 teaspoon of Minced Garlic2 cups Minute Rice2 cups Water3 Bay Leaves2 Bouillon Cubes1 Can of Peas
Directions
Melt bouillon cubes in hot water. Brown hamburger with onion, garlic, & bay leaves. Drain off any fat. Add rice, bouillon water and peas. Simmer until all liquid is absorbed. Remove bay leaves before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 7 1-cup servings.
