Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
Orange Juice, .5 cupGelatine, Knox, 1 packetCranberries, fresh, 12 oz packageWater, .5 cupLemon juice, 1 TOrange and lemon zestSucralose sweetener, 5 packets
Directions
Sprinkle gelatine packet over orange juice to soften. Place cranberries, water, lemon juice, sweetener and zests into saucepan; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in softened gelatine. Pour into bowl and chill until cool and firm.

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings, 2 T each.
