1 12oz Bag of Marketside Fresh Green Beans (4 serving)4 Tbsp Onion (raw), chopped1 Cup Kendale Farm - Chicken Broth1/4 Tsp Sabor Latino Sazon Seasoning1/4 Cup Wonderful Mini Almonds Roasted no salt1/4 Tsp GARLIC POWDER2 Slices Bread - Natures Own Double Fiber Wheat 50 Calorie per slice Cubed and toasted. (Makes 1 Cup of Croutons)
Take Green beans and rinse well, then cut the tips from both ends of each bean. Place into a ziplock bag, poke a hole in bag and microwave for 4 minutes. Remove from bag and place into casserole dish. Pour Chicken Broth, Then sprinkle chopped raw onion over the top, then almonds, then garlic powder. Bake in 375 F Oven for 20 Minutes, remove from oven, take toasted bread cubes (croutons) place in a zip lock bag and crush but don't turn to dust. Sprinkle all over top of everything and serve.
