Ingredients
2 c. Flour2 tbs. Baking Powder1/4 c. Sugar1tsp Vanilla2 Eggs2 c Milk, lowfat2 tbs Greek Yogurt, plain
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in medium sized bowl. In second bowl, whisk eggs with yogurt, add milk and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Let rest for 10 minutes.
