Homemade mashed potatoes

Ingredients
8 potatoes1 cup low sodium chicken broth
Directions
peel potatoes and place them in a pot of water and cook for 30 mins till soft. When done drain and place in a bowl
Mashed with a masher then add low sodium chicken broth about a cup mix well and serve.
