1 14.75-oz. can wild pink salmon1/2 cup plain bread crumbs1 large egg1 tsp dried dill1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp Frank's hot sauce1 tbsp olive oil
Drain the canned salmon and remove bones and skin. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a medium bowl, mixing well with a fork to break up the salmon. Form into patties with a tablespoon and saute in the olive oil over medium heat.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings, 2 patties each.
