"Sour Cream" Bran Muffins

Margarine, 1/2 CupBrown Sugar, 1/4 CupEgg, 1 largePlain Greek Yogurt, 1 CupMolasses, 2 TbspRaisins, 1/2 Cup (optional)Flour; WW, 1 CupWheat Bran, 1 CupSalt, 1/4 tspBaking Soda, 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 400*
Beat/mix margarine, sugar and egg till fluffy and creamy. Add yogurt, raisins and molasses, fold in. Seperately mix dry ingredients. Add to yogurt mixture, fold in until all is moist. It will be lumpy. Spoon into prepared muffin pan. Bake 10 - 15 min until golden on top and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 12 regular size muffins.
