Spinach Tomato Dip

Ingredients
8 oz. neufchatel cheese (low fat cream cheese)1 cup 2% cottage cheese (not packed)10 oz. chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry1 Tblsp. Parmesan (grated)1 Tblsp. parsley (dried) 1 tsp. onion granulesdash black pepper.25 cup 1% milk1 cup diced tomatoes, arranged on top
Directions
Mix all ingredients except tomatoes. Chill or heat in microwave using 30 second intervals, until desired temperature. Arrange tomato pieces over top. Serve as spread or dip.

Serving Size: Makes 24 two tablspoon size servings.
