Cheesy Zucchini Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Pasta, cooked, 8 oz (remove) Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced (remove) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove) *Black Pepper (Ground), 1 tsp (remove) *Celtic Sea Salt, Fine Ground, 1 tsp (remove) *Herb - Basil, Dried (1 tsp), 0.5 gram (remove) *Herb - Thyme, Dried Ground (1 tsp), 1 gram (remove) *Herb - Oregano, Dried (1 tsp), 1 gram (remove) *Herb - Parsley, Dried (1 tbsp), 2 gram (remove) *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
First saute the veggies in olive oil. Then mix with cooked pasta, cooked chicken breast and cheese. Serve warm or cold.
