Pecan Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 C Rolled Oats or Gluten Free Rolled Oats1/2 C Water1 tsp ground cinnamon2 tsp crushed pecans2 tsp brown sugar, packed1 TBSP Half and half (optional)
Directions
Mix oats and water. Microwave for 1 minute. OR heat water and oats on stove top in a small pan until bubbly. Set aside a let it cool to thicken.

Add cinnamon, pecans, sugar and half and half. Stir well.

Enjoy!
