Ingredients
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cupEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cupMilk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 2 cup1.75 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 cup Splenda (measures like sugar)
Directions
Mix ingredients. Spray pie pan with nonstick spray. Pour into pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
