Slow Cooker Vegan Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
Organic Raw Cashews, 1 cupBob's Red Mill Nutritional Yeast, 1 cup Garlic Powder, .75 tsp Milk - West Soy Plus Plain Soy Milk, 1.5 cupsalt, Hain* sea salt, .75 tspPotato, raw, 6 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
Directions
Slice potatoes. In a food processor or blender combine the sauce ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Layer 1/3 of the potatoes with 1/3 of the sauce and repeat with the last of the potatoes ending with the sauce. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
