Chinese/American Jook (chicken and rice soup)

Ingredients
2 cups Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice (uncooked with flavor pack)2 cups chopped turkey light meat2 Tbsp chopped green onions or shallots1 Tbsp garlic powder or 1 clove finely chopped2 Tbsp fresh finely chopped ginger or 2 Tbsp ground6 medium Baby Carrots, sliced1 cup Kale, chopped1/2 cup diced celery3 cups chicken or turkey broth3 cups tap water 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro for garnish
Directions
Put all ingredients in large pot and cook for an hour or until rice is mushy and soup is thick. Garnish with cilantro.
