Higher fiber meatloaf

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 1.25 lbsOnions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Egg, fresh, 1 large Fiber One Original Cereal, 1/2 cup Basil, 1 tspTomato Sauce, 8 oz can
Directions
Mix it all up with your hands, so it is well combined. Put in an 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let "rest" for five minutes before cutting.
