1 tsp Coconut oil150g (8 button) mushrooms40g ginger Root (Diced)100g Onions (Chopped)5 rings of Sweet Red or Orange Bell Pepper (Diced)1- 14.75 oz can of Salmon5 lg Eggs beaten together with 2-3 tbsp water1/2 tsp (0.5) Ground Tumeric
1. Add Coconut oil to 12" skillet.
2. Add vegetables and simmer until tender.
3. Add Salmon, break into small pieces and stir with spatula.
4. After Salmon is heated add eggs.
5. Stir frequently while eggs are cooking.
