Tortellini and red wine sauce

Very yummy any day as lunch or dinner...
Directions
Makes about 2 one cup servings when cooked.

1. In a large pan bring water to a boil and season with about a tablespoon of salt.

2. pour in tortellini and let boil until cook through (about 12 to 15 minutes minutes).

3. Heat remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan on low heat.

4. when pasta is ready drain the pasta into a serving bowl, reserving at least a cup of pasta water (the water the pasta cooked in).

5. If pasta looks very dry drizzle some of the reserved pasta water over it.

6. add the sauce to the pasta and serve warm with grated parmesan cheese if you like!
