Chicken Sausage Stir-Fry

1 Package your choice of chicken sausage1 Bag Frozen Veggies (Stir-fry vareity preferable)2 Apples (optional)
Cut up sausage into 1/2 inch slices, brown slightly in large pan. You can use either spray Pam or Olive Oil.
Rinse Frozen veggies under cool water to remove the chunks of ice, drain.
Add veggies to saugage, stirring occasionally, cover.
After about 10 minutes add sliced apples to stir fry, cut how ever you like.
Continue to stir until all is cooked through and serve!
Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
