Ginger Ale Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
7 medium carrots, cleaned and sliced 1/4" thick2 tbsp unsalted butter1 cup real ginger ale1 tbsp herbes fines (chervil, tarragon, chives, parsley)1 pinch salt (to taste)1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
In a 12-inch saute pan over medium heat, combine carrots, butter, salt and ginger ale. Cover and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, remove the lid, stir, and reduce the heat to low. Cover again and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the lid, add herbes fines, nutmeg, stir and increase the heat to high. Cook, tossing occasionally, until the ginger ale is reduced to a glaze, approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
