Pomodoro Sauce

Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped8 roma tomatoes, chopped2 tsp garlic, minced1/3 cup balsamic vinegar1 can chicken broth3 tbsp chopped fresh basil2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1) Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until tender.
2)Add tomatoes, broth and vinegar. Cook until reduced, about 10 minutes.
3)Add basil. Cook another 3-5 min.
