Peach - Banana Sorbet

Ingredients
1 banana, cut in chunks2 peaches, peeled and cut in chunks½ cup pure peach juice2 tbsp. maple syrup1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Place the chunks of banana and peach on the cookie sheet and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
Just before serving, place the fruit in a blender and blend until well mixed.
Add the peach nectar, honey and lemon juice.
Blend until thick and creamy. Serve immediately.

    Lots of substituitions...1/2 a can of drained peaches, cut, frozen. 2 T of the liquid instead of juice. 1T Honey instead of maple syrup. And a small frozen cube of calamonsi juice instead of lemon. Added a sprig of mint, 1T of flax meal, and 9 ice cubes. - 1/28/12
