2.5 c. flour1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. cinnamon3/4 tsp. nutmeg1/2 tsp. cloves1/2 c. salted butter1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 c. pumpkin puree1 egg1 tsp. vanillaGLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar2 tbsp milk1/2 tbsp. melted butter1/2 tsp. vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all dry ingredients.
3. In mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar until lightend in color.
4. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla and beat well.
5. Mix in dry ingredients. Combine and drop by the spoonful onto baking sheet.
6. Bake 15-20 minutes and let cool on wire rack.
7. Combine all glaze ingredients and add milk if necessary, until you reach a good drizzling consistency.
8. Drizzle over cookies and let glaze set.
Serving Size: Yields about 30 cookies. Serving: 2 cookies
