Fig Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 cup chopped figs1 cup Red Wind Vinegar1/4 Cup water1/2 Cup Orange Juice1/4 cup olive oil2 tsp brown sugar2 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine figs, vinegar, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until it reaches the consistency of a fruit preserve, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in orange juice and olive oil.
