Green Beans with Tarragon

Ingredients
6 cups cut green beans, cooked1/4 tsp garlic salt1 scallion or green onion, chopped1 tsp Dijon style mustard2 tblsp cider vinegar4 tbs olive oil1/8 tsp tarragon
Directions
Warm or cook green beans in water to cover. In a small bowl mix garlic salt, green onion, Dijon style mustard, cider vinegar, olive oil and tarragon. Drain cooked green beans. Pour dressing over green beans and mix gently. May be served warm or cold.
