Grapenut Bread

Ingredients
2 c buttermilk2 c Grapenuts cereal (nuggets, not flakes)1/4 c egg substitute (= 2 eggs)2 t baking soda1 t salt2 c sugar2 c flour2 t baking powder2 c rolled oats1 t vanilla extract
Directions
Put buttermilk in bowl; add grapenuts and let stand 20 minutes. Add soda, salt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and oatmeal to mixture little by little. Pour into 2 loaf pans coated with Pam, bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
