2 Cups Fat Free Skim Milk4oz. Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin16oz (2 Cups) Banana Frozen1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon4 Packets Sweet N Low Sweetener or Sweetener of Choice1 Blender
Directions
Put all ingredients in Blender in order they are listed and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, serve with a straw for slower consumption and added enjoyment!
