Ingredients
Brown rice, 1 cupWater, 3 cupsSalt, 1 tspTomato paste, .25 cupExtra virgin olive oil, 1 tbspGarlic, to taste
Directions
Heat oil in pan and sauté rice. Add salt, water, garlic, and tomato paste and bring to a boil. Simmer for 60 minutes.
