Ingredients
2 (or more) cups chopped cooked chicken1 cup sour cream1 tsp chicken bouillon3/4 cup mayo1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp curry powdersalt and pepper to taste2 cups chopped broccoli (or combo of broccoli and asparagus)3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook chicken if not already done...deboned, skin removed rotisserie chicken works fine.
Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer broccoli (and asparagus) on bottom. Top with a layer of cooked chicken. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese and pour over top to cover. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until bubbly.
