1/4 cup Steel-cut Irish Oats1/4 cups each raisins and dried cranberries1/2 scoop Optimum Nutrition (or equivilant) vanilla whey protein powder1 tsp psyllium husk powderSprinkle of dried rolled oats
Cook steel-cut oats as per instructions. Leave slightly watery. Mix oats with raisins, cranberries, protien powder, and psyllium husk powder. Sprinkle rolled oats on top.
