Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can Salmon1 package crushed saltines (approx. 2 cups)3 large eggs2 Tbls Lemon Juice1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Form into patties. Coat bottom of skillet with Vegetable oil. Fry patties.

Makes approx. 4 to 6 patties. Depends on how large you make them.
