Very yummy, but I've changed it to make it healthier.
    Changes:
instead of just oil, use coconut oil
    instead of sugar, use Splenda
    2 eggs, and 1/2 c milk
    add vanilla and cinnamon (lots)
    add some unsweetened coconut flakes
    top with walnuts
serve with SF syrup and milk - 10/29/12

Yummmm-Oh. This tastes like eating oatmeal cookies. I added raisins. Next time I am going to try to use splenda and applesauce instead of oil and sugar - 1/5/08

I used unsweetened applesauce insead of the oil, cut the amount of sugar in half, and added some cinnamon and chopped apple. Very tasty, warm, and filling!! - 9/29/11

Very good alternative to regular oatmeal! Easy to eat on the run and can be reheated the next morning. - 1/12/10

Wonderful recipe. I've made this for years for my family with craisins and pecans in it. I don't care for oatmeal any other way and I love the crispy edge pieces. - 1/8/10

My husband and I make this regularly. It's a great way to eat oatmeal and feel like you're treating yourself. Wonderful the next day (or two or three or four) heated in the microwave. Sometimes I add cinnamon or pumpkin pie spices to the oatmeal before baking, too. - 1/4/08

Wonderful ! I add cinnamon and chunks of peaches and serve warm with almond milk. I've had it for breakfast and for lunch. Tasty enough to have for a healthy dessert. - 2/11/11

I made this recipe this morning. Yummie. I subbed Splenda for all of the sugar, Almond Milk for the Milk and 1/2 of the Oil for Flax Seed Meal. It was deeeelish. Sliced 1/2 a banana on top and poured some more Almond Milk over it. Yummie. - 1/22/08
