Berry and Seed Granola Bars

Ingredients
• 3 cups old-fashioned oats• 1 cup hulled pumpkin seeds• 1 cup sunflower seeds • 1/2 cup flax seeds• 1/2 cup millet • 1 cup dried cranberries• 1 cup dried cherries• 1 (13.5 ounce) can coconut milk• 3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
Directions
Line 9x13 pan with lightly-greased parchment paper. Mix dry ingredients, then add coconut milk and honey. Press into parchment-lined pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350*. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then pull out paper and cut into 24 bars.
