Ingredients
1 jar tomato-basil pasta sauce4 links of italian sausage, pre-cooked1 1/2 packages no-boil lasagna noodles16 oz part-skim ricotta2 eggs1 package spinach16 oz mozzarella cheese, part-skim
Directions
Mix ricotta with eggs & salt & pepper to taste. Mix in spinach.
Layer: sauce, noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture, noodles, sausage with more sauce, 1/2 mozzarella cheese, noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture, noodles, sauce, cheese.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
