Ingredients
plum tomatoesbunch of cilantro1 small purple onion2 lemonsjar of pickled jalapeno peppers
Directions
cut 2 plum tomatoes in quarters
pull leaves off cilantro (to taste)
cut onion in half then separate the half into quarters
juice 2 lemons
add 2 tbsp juice from jar of jalapeno peppers and 4-5 sliced peppers

add all ingredients into food processor and pulse for 5-10 seconds.
