Protein Cookies - Oatmeal Date Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
*1/2 cup dried oats*1/2 cup cottage cheese (I used my 2%)*4 pitted medjool dates and 2 packets of Truvia*1/4 tsp baking powder*2 egg white*dash of cinnamon
Directions
Mix all in food processor. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
