Honey Italian chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless skinnless chicken breast2 cups fat free italian salad dressing2 cups honeybrown rice for 6 people
Directions
thaw chicken breasts.
Mix dressing and honey together set aside.
cut chicken breasts into small cubes
marinate chicken for 30 minutes
Put chicken and marinate into skillet and cook until the chicken is done.
Serve over brown rice.

    I tried out this recipe...easy for me to make but I was letting it seat a sec in the skillet to load the dishwasher and the marinade turned black.....opps did I burn it? It was a little sweet for me. But my husband loved it! - 7/27/08

    Really, really excellent taste! Glad I found this recipie and tried it! Family loved it. Didn't realize it was soo high calorie, tho. The calories, according to the recipe, should include the rice, however. - 1/25/08
