Dilled Shrimp and shells

Ingredients
1/2 lb Quinoa Ancient Harvest gluten free shell pasta(cooked according to package directions, rinsed under cool water, tossed with 1/2 tsp vegetable oil, then chilled)1/2 lb cooked shrimp, shelled1/3 cup onion1/3 cup light mayonnaise1 ripe, but firm, tomato, diced2 tbsp dried dill2 tbsp lemon juice2-5 tbsp vegetable broth1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Put chilled pasta shells in large mixing bowl.
In another bowl, combine shrimp, red onion, mayo, tomato, dill, lemon juice, 2 tbsp broth, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Add mixture to pasta. Toss until well mixed.
Serve chilled on romaine leaves if desired.
