*center cut pork chops*3/4 c. soy sauce*1/4 c. lemon juice*1 Tlbsp. brown sugar*1 Tlbsp. chili sauce*1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions: In a large resealable bag, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce, and garlic powder. Place the pork chops into the bag, carefully seal the bag, and marinate for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over about halfway throught.
Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat. Arrange pork chops on the highly greased grate, and cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperture reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C.)
