Hillis' ETL Smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium banana cut in pieces2 tbsp. ground flaxseed2 cups canned water-packed peaches, frozen (you may substitute any other frozen fruit EXCEPT bananas)1 1/2 cups fresh spinach (baby spinach is best--if using mature, remove the large stems)1/2 cup unsweetened regular almond milk1/2 cup fruit juice (we use pineapple, but any fruit juice you like will do)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy.
