Turkeyed Rice

Ingredients
20 oz ground turkey2 cups white rice1 bag frozen broccoli1/2 cup red wine2 tablespoons canola oil4 cloves minced garlic1 tablespoon black pepper1 tablespoon red pepper flakes2 tablespoons Dr. Gonzos spicy rub
Directions
put the oil and garlic in a pan on high, heat until the garlic gets crispy and black at the edges, but still mostly unburned. add ground turkey and stir rapidly until roughly 50% cooked, or until the turkey grain is broken down. add rice and water and bring back to a boil. turn heat down to a simmer. add all seasonings. Simmer until most of the water is gone, then add the wine and the bag of frozen broccoli. stir and heat on medium heat until the broccoli is hot. Serve

Serving Size: makes 4 man sized bowls that will fill you up until your ribs split
