1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast2 cans of V8 (or enough to cover the chicken)1 cup chopped onions3 cloves chopped garlic
1) Put chicken breasts in slow cooker and cover with V8 juice
2) Add onion, garlic and whatever else you want to add.
3) Cover and cook on medium for 6-8 hours, or until cooked through.
